"Refund came through, just slower than I’m used to"
I did get my refund in the end, so that was good, but it took longer than I was hoping. In the past, refunds I’ve dealt with from other places usually moved a bit faster, so the wait was a little frustrating. Updates were also kind of slow, which made it harder to know what was going on.

"Fit me really well"
I wasn’t totally sure about the sizing at first, so I checked with support and they basically said it should fit true to size. They were right, it fit me really well and was comfy enough to wear all day.

"Noise cancelling is decent, not amazing"
They work well overall, but I can still hear some street noise in the background, maybe more than I expected. It cuts it down a bit, just doesn’t block everything out.

"I paid a little more than I planned..."
I paid a little more than I planned, but the sound quality is really good. i feel like it’s fair to charge more when the product actually delivers, and this one does. No regrets

"Pretty easy shopping experience"
I was happy with how simple it was to find what I needed. The menus were clear and easy to follow, which made browsing smooth. Checkout took a little longer than I expected, but overall I’m satisfied with the experience.

"Shipping was honestly kind of ridiculous"
I ordered a pair of headphones and the product itself was totally fine, no complaints there. But the delivery was hit or miss. The tracking barely updated the whole time, which was a bit ridiculous, and the package ended up arriving two days late. I’m happy with the headphones, but I really wish the shipping had been more reliable.

"Battery could be better, honestly"
It works fine overall, but the battery just kind of... runs out quicker than I expected. Not a huge deal, I guess, but I do wish it lasted longer between charges

"Great sound, but a bit of a hassle"
I bought these mostly for listening to music, and the sound is really good. The bass is clean, vocals come through clearly, and nothing sounds muddy or cheap. I didn’t think I’d notice that much of a difference, but I definitely do. My only gripe is that getting everything set up and adjusted took more effort than I expected, which was kind of annoying. Once I got past that though, I’ve been really happy with them.

"Wish I could fully rely on them"
The sound is actually good, so I was happy with them at first. Unfortunately, after a while one earbud started cutting out here and there, which is frustrating. I kind of wish I had gone with something more dependable.

"Fine headphones, but the build feels a bit questionable"
I’ve been using these for a few months, and they’re decent overall. The sound and function are still totally fine, but the plastic and hinges have started making little creaking noises, which doesn’t feel great. For the price, I think it’s only fair to expect something a bit sturdier. They’re not bad, but cutting corners on the build quality feels a little disappointing...

"Still holding up after years of use"
I’ve had my Sennheiser headphones for almost four years now, they still work about as well as they did on day one. I use them a lot for work and travel, and the cable has definitely been tossed into bags more times than it should’ve been. To be fair, I did have to replace the ear pads once, but that feels reasonable after this much use. Overall, I’m really happy with how well they’ve lasted.

In my experience, the order confirmation came through fast, which was nice. But a few days later, I still haven’t seen any real shipping update, so I’m kind of left wondering what’s going on...

"Mic sounds really clear"
I was surprised by how clear the mic sounds. I tested it on a call and everyone could hear me perfectly, even when I wasn’t talking super close to it. Weirdly, I remember there was a dog barking outside my window at the time, and the mic still picked up my voice really cleanly

"Clean look, but kind of plain"
The site and product photos look really clean, and I do like the simple black and grey style. It’s hard to describe, but the whole thing just feels a little too plain to me, like it’s missing some personality. It’s easy enough to browse around, so no real complaints there, but design-wise it didn’t feel very exciting. It’s fine overall, I just expected a bit more from Sennheiser.

"Pretty easy setup overall"
I got my Sennheiser headphones set up without much fuss. The app picked them up quickly, and pairing them to my phone only took a couple of minutes, so right away I got the feeling this wasn’t going to be one of those frustrating tech setups.
The only thing that kept it from being a full 5 stars was the firmware update it made me do right away. Reading between the lines, it seems like that’s just part of keeping everything running smoothly, but it did take longer than I expected. Still, overall it was simple enough, even if you’re not super techy.

"To be fair, the sound quality is..."
To be fair, the sound quality is actually good once it connects. My issue is that the Bluetooth has been a little unreliable with my phone and drops every now and then. Pairing also took a few tries before it finally worked. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad product, but for the price, I think it’s fair to expect a smoother connection.

"Packaging felt really reassuring"
I ordered from sennheiser.com and felt relieved when the package showed up. The box was clean, had no dents, and everything inside was packed snugly, so it immediately gave me the sense that nothing had been knocked around or treated carelessly.
I also appreciated that it wasn’t stuffed with unnecessary plastic or random filler. It was simple, tidy, and protective, which made me feel like they actually cared about the product arriving the way it should.

I was trying to get a pair of Sennheiser earbuds and, to be honest, I kind of thought they would not be there, because a few other sites were already out of them.
But on sennheiser.com, they had the exact model and color I wanted, which was nice and made the whole thing less annoying. The product page also said the availability clearly, so I was not doing that weird guessing thing while shopping.
Checkout was easy enough and my order went through with no problem happening. I’m happy with how it went, and yeah, I would probably use the site again.
